Miss Fortune buff or rework?

I just want to know if you guys have MF in your scope. She is a very weak adc at the moment for solo q and here is why:

the meta right now is about safe long range adc with mobility who can play safe behind their teamates in teamfights dealing lots of dmg( tristana,corki) but miss fortune dont have any of those things.. her range is pretty average, her dmg is mediocre because all of her abilities scale with ap, also she have no mobility to escape because her passive is lost when she takes dammage. Also i forgot no mention that she is one of the most mana hungry adcs.\

possible buffs to her can be:

make her abilities to scale with ad(so she can be better in late game)
give her more AA range 3)make her passsive permanent(keep the ms even if she takes dmg)

pls tell me if im saying something wrong but i think she deserve a buff instead of Varus whos getting one next patch.

As a MF favorite, your statement is lacking. MF is an excellent lane bully early game. Double Up and Impure Shots scale with AD, and she's only mana hungry if you spam Make it Rain very often (which you shouldn't do). She has plenty of mana for multiple double ups for consistent damage. Her passive is for positioning instead of escaping; if Rito would do something about it, is to make her ability get cancelled by champion damage only. To escape, try QSS, Cleanse or Ghost. Her range is ok for an ADC; Graves, Lucian, Jinx and Sivir have less range than her and they're doing fine. Her ultimate needs more additional damage than just W stacks.

Don't enforce meta on MF, she's a champion you should have fun playing with and she has great synergy with AoE champs. If you're so concerned about her mana, try AP Fortune, it still works, and look for some videos on how to use her.

MF has one of the strongest early games of any ADC. She possesses great wave clear and poking ability. Her win rate is above 50% and she's picked in more than 1 out of 20 games.

I doubt she needs either a buff or a rework.

Only problem with MF is her ult feels like poop after level 11 or so.

You obviously aren't building her right if you aren't doing a crap ton of late game damage. At least the way i build her, her late game is possibly her strongest point in the game. The only real issue is that shes hard to position in teamfights. And if you are expecting your abilities to do damage in the late game ur playing her wrong. You should rarely use her q outside of laning phase. But i would like a tweak on her passive. I think it would be great if it got reset if she hit a champion with her E. It would allow for more playmaking and give her some self peel without breaking her. And as someone stated earlier you wouldnt be able to just spam this for free because the mana cost is so high. But she does not need a rework and doesn't need a buff. A small tweak on her passive would be great tho.

Her Q can be synced with AA's. Meaning a huge burst as well as applying your on hits on them (something most people notice). You can burst someone for about 1.3k damage with an AA Q and almost immediately after another AA will net around 2k damage in a span of about 1s. That's using my typical build which includes Botrk as I prefer it to hyper carry with an ADC over some of the other options. I also build Frozen Mallet on ADCs because I do not like people jupming me (but I will make exceptions for people with extreme mobility like Yi and build GAs or other defensive items)

My typical build is item 3153 item 3031 item 3046 item 3072 or item 3035 item 3026 item 3006 . With this and popping w your're rocking a 2.26 attack speed. And 2 autos will do about 1k damage plus the w passive and the bork passive. and you just need 1-4 auto's more to destroy any non super tank. But i'm glad i found someone else that actually builds bork on MF its sooooo good but no one realizes it.

I agree with you, actually she is not seen on ranked even on normal but her gameplay is fine actually, she got decent poke great farm abilities. The only thing rito should work on is the E and the ult. It"s hard to use it on team fight and most of the time you use it for clear waves (i don't think it was riot intention) I guess if she could be unable to get CC during it it could help a lot. I mean lucian got kind of the same ult but can moove while he perform it unlike mf
