This patch just effectively killed AP Rengar. A 20 second level 1 cooldown on his W? Really Riot? I thought you supported off-meta builds... GUESS NOT!

AP Rengar WAS incredibly fun, effective, versatile... he was my go-to build when the enemy toplaner picked a counter to me. I don't really see a way to make New Rengar balanced if you revert his W cooldown, so GG. Riot just killed my favorite build (and other people's too!) and soaked the grave in acid before burying the graveyard and salting the earth. RIP APGar.

What exactly ever made you think Riot supports off meta builds? They constantly force champions into the role they want them to fill, the only time they support it is when their efforts to stunt role diversity fail.
