People I've reported after they've griefed me in matches before ? Getting the same guy chase me around in the jungle with his friends is not fun at all.

Try waiting about a minute before Queing again? I do this deliberately for that soul reason.
Chances are if the game was that bad, it would do you some good to get up for a second and chill...
Just wait. You're not forced back into the queue after you exit the post-game screen.
