His splash art is outdated, his model is chiseled and lasthitting with him is a pain, if you don't have the tyrant skin. Besides, the fact that he hasn't waveclear is aggravating, but this concerns his kit, which is ok. Why is Alistar supposed to have the priority?

That VU wasn't needed and his splash art is ok, not outdated. He got a VU before because he was played in competitive scenes IMO, but Swain didn't. I'm not saying that Alistar doesn't need a VU and obsolescence isn't THE problem. Urgot needs a rework since two years and had the priority over a lot of champions, but no one cares about him because he's underplayed.
