Ornn without current Runes.
I just got Mastery 7 on Ornn, and I think one of the major things helping me win is Health per 5 Sec runes.
I hope there is something in the new runes to regen health.

BobaFlautist1 votesLook at "Second Wind" in the rune builder page. As long as you've been hit by an enemy champion in the last 10s, you'll get more hp/5 than 3 hp/5 quints gives you.
