Idea for Zoe nerf.
What if when she ults, if you stun/root her, she is fucking stuck. Ult canceled.
I know it would be a HUGE nerf, but would make her much easier to deal with.

This literally doesn't adress anything of what makes her so strong ..
her problem isn't her dumb ult, it's her easy 1k Q and nonexistent cds
How about instead, we stop making jer deal true damage and having her E be so strong?
Just force her to set up her Q before the E lands.
Increasing her Q duration while nerfing the E CC might fix some problems without making her absolutely garbage
