Help, please, with my DC issues

In "non computer talk" (english) can someone please help me with my DC issues. I run download speed of 200 Mb/s. However, every other game I DC for about 10-15 seconds. I have no idea how to fix this. Nor do I know what settings I should run to make it not DC.

My specs: Radeon Software Version - 18.4.1 Radeon Software Edition - Adrenalin Graphics Chipset - Radeon RX 580 Series Memory Size - 8192 MB Memory Type - GDDR5 Core Clock - 1266 MHz Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit) System Memory - 12 GB CPU Type - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz

Not to mention (again) the download speeds. someone tell me what I need to do so I don't run into this problem anymore PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Also, not to mention, but when I do DC i can alt tab and hop on the internet and just browse YouTube, Reddit, or what have you. So I don't think its an actual internet issue

Best bet is to submit a Support Ticket to Riot with your problems, they will be able to help you more then the boards can.
