Why isn't there an English default language option for every region?

I personally like the original version of everything and league is no exception. I mainly play at LAN(where Spanish is the default language) and sometimes in other different regions but I always change the voicing to English since i find it more fitting to the characters. Although in every patch the languages reset and I have to add them all over again. Am I the only one in this here?
