No, it's not. Pick choice (and playstyle even) is not a bannable offense as long as it is clearly evident that you are attempting to win the game.
Are you doing it to make your team upset? That's just like doing anything else to make people upset. Are you flaming them for asking about your pick (or flaming you, whatever)? That just like flaming people under any other circumstances.
Are you trying to win? That's just like doing anything else where you're trying to win. Are you having fun? (not talking about trolling fun) That's just like doing anything else because it's enjoyable.
It's not an act that's punishable by itself. Your focusing on it being "only blind pick" makes me feel like you may be leaning towards trolling. Trolling in all forms is punishable.
Why can't you play a normal support?
