Counters as Diana and alternative champs?

Hello, I am a Diana main and have probably a 60 or 70 percent winrate on her. I find that my biggest problem as her is that i don't know my matchups well enough and that i don't have alternative champs in my pool that fit my playstyle and work well against champs Diana does badly against. So i am looking for champ recommendations as well as alternative champs i could play against bad matchups for Diana that fit my playstyle. I am a midlane main first, jg main second, my playstyle is champions with mobility that has to be a dash or better and they also need to have relatively good burst (able to kill the ad carry with full combo). The main matchup i struggle with as Diana midlane is Zed, i know diana counters him but its still a matchup i have problems with for some reason. So i would like recommendations for a champion that does well enough against the matchups that Diana falls short on that fit my playstyle well enough and that are mid or jg (preferably mid as that is the position i have a bigger problem with matchups).

in jg diana struggles against bruisers and tanks. jax xin and master yi. unfortunately the only champions that counter aaing bruisers are other aaing bruisers. so play those. for zed well i dont play diana mid often at all but diana usually wins this lane after she finishes zhonyas she just all ins him. just let him use W once and all in him Q-> ult and a cpl autos then ult again even if he flashes. it would be harder if he buys maws. but with zhonyas diana wins this lane

I only play Diana jungle, but it's my most played. attack speed reds/quints, armor yellow, scaling ap blues.

just build to one shot late game and play like a pussy until 6.

Mostly I have found that Diana mid struggles with high cc champs i.e. Lissandra, or champions that have shield to survive the burst i.e. orianna. With Diana you should probably focus on ganking other lanes since you probably won't win in trades. As far as champs to play to counter those champs? They don't really have hard counters. The point of their kit is to be hard to kill burts mages. You could learn a champ to match them in this style, but nothing is going to feel quite like Diana. I would recommend Azir to learn, since he is strong overall, and still has the burst you may be looking for. Plus he can provide a more sustained damage against the shield champs and is able to dodge cc a bit better.
