Could not remake ranked game even after teammate was dc'ed for the whole first 3 minutes of the game

Hello Riot, I played a ranked game today where I had a Lucian ADC who when we were loading into the game stayed at 0% load the whole load screen. Eventually the game started with him staying at 0%, and he started the game in the fountain, and was like that for the first 3 minutes of the game, showing all the signs of a DC'ed player. However, when 3 minutes game around, I typed /remake in chat and the message "Remake is only available unless one or more players are disconnected." popped up. so up until about 20 minutes we were fighting a 4v5 with an intentionally feeding jax jungle, (not positive he was intentionally feeding but i think so.) Eventually a Lucian reconnected but it was already too late, and we ended up losing the game. Riot please fix this and maybe take the loss off my ranked records, as it almost got me demoted.
