Extra Cache boxes from First Strike Bundle?

I bought the First strike bundle in the shop today and was curious if it was intended to get 2 Bonus Cache boxes per champions. You can see in the picture that I have 3 blueprints still left for each champion but I already used one per each. This can be confirmed from my summoner icon since you need to use the blueprint to get that specific icon and can't be obtained through another method.

The reason I am asking is because my brother also got the same bundle however he only got 1 set of cache chests for each champ. If anyone has any clue please share!
