sooo im really confused at the fact that when certain ppl cast their ults even if they are stunned/CC mid way through the cast it still goes off?? for example a lux that gets any form of CC while mid ult her ult still goes off Ezreal is the same Ashe and pyke are both the same so for example if pyke is mid air and gets Stunned or nocked back he shouldn't be able to still kill the person if he doesn't land on the X that's just crazy cause that means a pyke can ult and mid ult have a kalista pull him back and boom free kill even though he isn't there.....which is what just happened in the game I was in. Also the lux on our team ulted and a enemy poppy dashed her into a wall and stunned her but the laser still went off and killed the poppy even though poppy wasn't in the laser at all is this suppose to happen or is it a glitch? someone plz confirm one of the two plz

Casts in this game can be interrupted through only two methods. The first is if the caster dies before the cast finishes and the other is if the ability being cast is targeted and the target becomes invalid through an effect such as invisibility or untargetability. If the cast is a channel instead, such as Karthus' ult, it will be interrupted by CC.
