New Champ Idea (Actias The Moth Child)

So I has this idea of a Champion who uses Moths (I know what your thinking what....moths? girl that's stupid, but hear me out) I decided to name her Actias because Actias is a genus of Saturniid moths, which contains the Asian-American moon moths such as the Actias Luna which everyone knows as the Lunar Moth, which I think is such a gorgeous creatures of the night. So enough about my love for moths lets get into the champion herself shall we.

Actias is a Support Mage That uses as stated before.....Moths. Actias is Ionian she comes from the region of Omikayalan(which is where Ivern is from)Actias is obsessed with light much like a real moth.....her favorite is the Moon..thus her obsession with Diana Lux and Leona....mostly Diana. Actias was discovered by Ivern after the war. Ivern taught her that there is beauty in all forms of life and became her tutor. After Ivern's disappearance Actias spent years searching high and low to find Ivern. Weaving through countless years of war and famine Actias was crushed to see such acts of anger and despair she began to question everything Ivern taught her but she never gave up on humanity. Finally after years of searching she found Ivern in Summoners Rift. (thus how she joined the rift.....I know its cliché and lame but I never claimed to be a writer lol).......Now that we kind of got a and I say this lightly (backstory) lets get into her Abilities shall we.

Passive: Serenity Dust- As Actias moves around her wings gather Serene Dust (much like moving for static shiv)Abilities casted around Actias grant her stacks as well. After casting an ability Actias shakes her wings leaving a cloud of Serene dust allies who enter the serene dust are healed based off their missing hp, the more hp they are missing the more the cloud heals Serene Dust clouds last 15s and are consumed when an ally walks through them.

Q: Silk Shot - Actias shoots forward a Strand of silk that damage the first target hit as well as slowing them and marking them for 3s, If an ally attacks the marked target it consumes the mark healing the ally for a % of the damage.

W: Flutter-Actias flaps her wings to pull target ally to her position increasing target allies Movement speed for 2s.(think of this as like a leap of faith from priest) If the allied pulled enters Serene Dust while the movement speed is active it also puts a heal over time on the ally as well(This ability is great for pulling your adc out of a sticky situation if they get to cocky, as well as helping them close distance when you want to go all in. Also works well with the passive cause if you have 100 stacks and you use it your pulling them into a free heal which is great.) p.s I know that people are going to be like oh but that's such a troll ability what if someone pulls someone away from getting a kill.....and to that I say......im working on trying to figure out how to balance this tbh I mean they kinda did this idea with tahm soooo idk honestly tips would be appreciated....

E: Disperse- Actias disperses into a group of moths and dashes in target direction, passing through an ally shields them, passing through an enemy deals a small amount of damage and reduces there armor and magic resist for a short time this ability has 2 charges its much like a rakan e but its not lock on and also can be used to give your allies extra boost against enemies hit.

R: Moths to a flame- Actias selects a point on the map marking it with moonlight Actias calls forth a swarm of moths that fly towards the designated moonlight( think of like a nami ult with the wave but instead of a wave its like a swarm of moths or like maokais ult) The swarm leaves Clouds of Serene Dust in its wake. If the swarm passes through an enemy they are put to sleep for 2s as well as marked. If the swarm passes through an Ally they are shielded. When the swarm reaches the moonlight Actias can activate R a second time to teleport to the moonlight (this would be a good way for her to help other lanes)

I know its not the greatest idea and I'm sure its got a lot of problems and a lot of people are going to think its too girly to be a part of league but I think it would be awesome ^>^ and I could just see like comics of this little moth girl being obsessed with Diana and Diana just not having it XD anyway plz give me tips and opinions I would love you hear from everyone.

Character Design and Lore

I really like the moth thematic you are using in this concept. In general, winged insects fall a bit short in this game and we could use another approach than Kha'Six being a big insect monster.

Moths are beautiful creatures, they have a strong thematic, it fits perfectly well in your Ionian setting. I don't think it is "too girly", in fact, I am a guy and would enjoy to see such a champion in the roster.

Unfortunately, you didn't describe her appearance. I would like to read how you imagine her to look like. What kind of clothes does she wear? Hair colour and style? How old is she? You just mentioned that she would have wings... was she born with them? Did she get them in some magical way? Is she maybe a member of the Vastaya?

Btw: summoners rift is not canon in lore, so there is no point mentioning it. Let's just stay with "she is wandering the world trying to find Ivern". ^^

Gameplay and Kit It's pretty clear that you designed a support here. But her kit is a bit too one dimensional. Every single ability in the kit is providing a healing effect or a shield, sometimes they do even both.

It would be hella frustrating to fight against in the early game, since the enemy won't be able to kill your adc, no matter what. But then the enemy gets Grievous Wounds and your champion is pretty much taken out of the game.

You should add some other tools and aspects to the champions. Add a CC spell (maybe instead of healing, the silk could stun). Some other utility like vision could be fitting for the champion concept as well.

Since your champion is from Ionia, therefore inspired by Asian culture: in Japan, butterflies and moths symbolise the souls of the dead. Maybe she could collect moths from dying units like minions and if she reaches a specific amount, she gets a special effect. For example, moths are illuminating bushes you warded for some extra minutes if your ward dies.

Facit I love the general idea and hope to read more about her possible design. Her skills are probably a really raw version, it needs work, I have to say that. She lacks a clear identity when it comes to gameplay, she is just a heal and shield bot. But I think that the concept has great potential and hope you will keep working on it to flesh out something special and beautiful.
