Fiddlesticks and Dread

I think his passive is okay, but seems rather situational. Mostly used when he's in Drain mode or charging up for ult. Even then, the MS boost is still at a paltry 1.5sec with 25/30/35/40% boost. Not exactly the greatest at chasing.

Can we up the MS boost to 2seconds and have his Q (Fear) proc it as well? Would make him seem more like a terrifying scarecrow coming for your biscuits.

Honestly, it's damn good passive. A full length Drain means it get's proc'd, and his Ult also procs it. Though, I do agree that he should have the movement speed boost for longer, as one second isn't nearly long enough. Maybe make the boost last as long as the time it takes for it to activate, and if he ults, make it last as long as the ultimate. That way he can chase down easier. Also, I like the idea of his Q proc'ing it as well, seeing how you are either using that to make a kill easier, or as a defense to help you escape.

What are you talking about dude? That passive is fricken scary on fiddle sticks.

It basically made almost all of his abilities really strong.

For example. When in the laneing phase. Leave your lane for a bit only to hide behind a wall and make them feel safe. Let them get close. Channel your ult. And flash out. Now you're running at them at the speed of light and they can't get away from your crows pecking their eyeballs out.
