What ever happened to that experimental passive change that was on PBE a while back?

too op, we're all thnxful changes didnt go through
I'm loving these riven nerfs everywhere
They realized it would turn riven from an assassin playstyle, to a bruiser with more survivability and same damage output. It would make her even stronger than she already is.
