Singed Move speed
So I just played Nid top vs singed, and using bushes and leaps still couldn't out run him ever. Something wrong with that.

There is something wrong. How bad do you have to be to lose as nid? I thought it was impossible
Singed IS supposed to outrun everyone. What kind of unchasable champion would he be if people could catch him?
That is like complaining about Mordekaiser for being able to outfarm people, when his waveclear is his signature.
Singed is fine, he should be extremely fast as he's a melee tank that has to get close to do anything, and he's not even the fastest around (that'd be Udyr)
