Lobby Chat Bug

Ever since this patch the lobby chat never works off and on, the lobby you can type and press enter but nothing shows up. It also doesn't say who joined the lobby or anything.

I have the same issue. I can't type in lobby chat. I also can't see my friends list... I can talk in the game just fine. It is weird.
