Normals matchmaking is terrible

I just want to play a normals. But I almost always get a group of 4 on my team who talk over voice and when I attempt to communicate I get ignored, and if I point out a mistake and what they could've done differently, I get reported. Why can't you just match me with other people who are queuing alone. Also, last season I got S2, right now I am B1. Why am I getting matched with golds, plats, and sometimes diamonds? My win-rate is like 50% on normals. I am crap at this game. Why then do I keep getting matched with people who kick my ass? However, I realized why this game sucks so often. It isn't that it is a team game and you need to have teamwork, but that I have to rely on 4 other people I've never met not to completely screw the game. Sure I'm not perfect, but when I do play well, my team feeds. Riot should make another ranked that is actually solo. 1v1, which relies on your skill and decision making, not other people not feeding.
