Thresh can't use Runaan's Hurricane?!?

Playing AD Thresh. Go to buy my belovedly hilarious Hurricane. Can't. It says for ranged champs only. I'm sorry, but Thresh is a ranged champ. I think, okay, riot mustve made him melee. Go to buy Hydra to check. Nope. Doesn't work. This better be a bug or me and a lot of other people are going to blow their top off. I don't care about the Hydra. I care about the Hurricane. It's stupid.
