Cannot record replay - Game crashes

I have this bug for a longer time but It wasn't bugged until some patch ages ago. Tried to reinstall game, different configurations on replay, turned off sound etc. and it still wouldn't work. Replay just crashes in the moment i click red button to record it, even ALT+TAB doesnt work and I have to turn client off with task manager. Any idea what's the issue?

btw. is there a folder on disc with the replays I download? If there's not then how can I move it from client?
