Can someone tell me why windwall can block 
E? Its not a projectile yet still when u cast it being in front of windwall it just cancels. What about 
Q? Its similar spell but you can actually cast it over windwall. That's some serious bull
if you ask me.

Shaa Thurray1 votes^This. The primary difference between Syndra Q and Velkoz E is that syndra spawns the ball behind the wall, the ball is not thrown there. Velkoz literally throws his E to the marked location. Velkoz is literally all skillshots, save for his ult.
