DC on Ban Screen Shouldn't count as DQ for seiries!

seriously!!? that's' twice now that's happened to me and I've lost series due to it. Not all of us live in the modern haven of suburbia! And im not in the mood start taking an axe to the telephone poles, but if my service provider craps outta again in a series I just might! IM BACK TO 70 LP! AUGH!

You know how it feels to think your gonna finally climb outa silver 3 when all of a sudden it says "CANNOT CONNECT TO PVP.NET!" and the ban button does nothing no matter how many time you spam it?!
