Where is Lancer Zero Hecarim?
I don't see the option to buy him with gemstones, was saving mine for him. Any clue what's up?

Hasn't been added in yet. They usually wait a day or two before adding new content in even for the Exclusives.
might be cumming out later int he patch
Probably tomorrow, alongside the arcade event, given that you can get him directly from the mega orb that'd be released as part of the event.
