First and foremost Dragon Master Swain WHEN?! It's been 2 years riot!

Swain, good old swain. Loved the attention he got in 6.10 but now hes been nerfed to hell and back again.

His Q is damn near useless early game as well as his E and they cost way too much mana to be viable even with his passive.

The nerf on his R was what really put him back into mediocrity.

The W tbh is fine.

Now that being said is Swain ever going to receive a true rework? Like maybe he could be like nidalee and elise and have 2 forms with 2 different skill sets.

"Spain needs a 100% rework. He has the most nonsense kit in the whole game. "Master tacticition" proceeds to just throw random crap at you. How is that tactical? Wtf even IS his E?"

Swain Give this man the justice he deserves...

They said they'd rework him early 2016, but then that got pushed to mid-year due to delays on the MYMU but then it was decided he needed a full rework and likely wouldn't see it until 2017.

Also Riot has stated a great many times they won't give a skin to a champion until their rework.

I hate it too but that's their policy.

Well at least it'll be coming eventually. His kit is terrible right now.
