Riot buffs LB and Riven yet nerfs Karthus, much balancing.

Leblanc and Riven have been annoying to play against and really strong (sometimes broken) yet have been ignored by riot to fix them .People say their late game isn't good which is a lie (e.g LB has a 0.9 on R mimicking w and insane gap closer making it safe to utilize your spells). And know that Karthus sees a bit of play Boom they make his W have half the effectivenes after only 1 second (riot stated so it can be easier for opponents to dodge) his lanning phase isn't even that good yet they want to buff LBs E missile speed so she can easier kill players as - Riot stated. Plz start paying some attention in balancing annoying champions and not ruining champions that do not see much play.
