She has pretty much everything during early mid game and in late game she has way too low cds to kite and assasinate targets with low safety as the w mechanics are terribly broken. At least other assasins like zed need to commite more with higher cd on ultimate to get to theri tagets plus they do not deal a shiet ton of dmg just by pressing wqr and dealing 1800 dmg on 20 sec cdr.
Akenero5 votesWow that's an amazingly conclusive proof of your mastery over grammar. Also, Leblanc is able to have that power due to her innate lack of defense. Her choices when faced with tanks or hard cc are usually limited towards: run away/pop clone then run.
Zero Skill Tank2 votesLB is the most fair of all assassins to play against. She should be buffed to the moment when she takes 80% of playtime from Zed, Rango and Talon. She is targetable all the time when she dashes, if you don't fk up and have your stuff off CD, you can often win a trade vs her early, and burst her down later. A

can literally 1v1 her if she jumps on him. And that's not her only weakness. She is two or three times healthier than other assassins in this game.

When I play 
and LB comes near me what I like to do is position myself between where she dashed and her mark. If she tries to dash again I apprehend her back and then she is usually stuck between a rock and a hard place since Im close to her mark and she's still close to me after two dashes.
She has her strengths and she has her weaknesses. She's not broken.

Top Lane Terry1 votesI agree with this. Leblanc's early, mid, and late game damage is completely ridiculous. Not to mention, a gap closer the lenght of 2 flashes, with snother one in store, just makes her mobility and repositioning potential better than any other assassin or mid laner. Plus, her passive is annoying.
