Tryndamere

I used to like playing Tryndamere jungle in season 6 his clear was quick and I was able to keep a good sustain for a while. Since the pre season hit I've tried using old strategies and new ones and it seems that with Tryndamere and his slow starting attack speed seems to be lacking in the early game. The only way I seem to make it work is to start on blue side because if I start on the red side you take way too much damage. With how Krugs turning into mutiple mini krugs and also the extra raptors just ripping his to shreds a. Could we have a tweak for a champs like this? Tryndamere has become too basic and can easily be built against. Especially the higher up you go you find that people can easily shut down a Tryndamere by focusing him for a second making the ult come out and forcing him to die or use the ult to get away
