Ok, as someone that loves AP and burst. I sort of agree with the things listed. As everyone knows the itemization for AP centered champions is abysmal. The flask we currently have compared to the one we had last season, the one now is only available on specific champions that can utilize the passive. The old one was a universal item that most melee midlaners would use. Not only that, way more MR was given to AD champs while AP got no armor if not nerfed the armor you get (being zhoyas is horrible in every way but the passive). It's dark times for AP where only Hybrids are viable.
