Now gives people another MR item. Along with this, SR lacks an mr item with mana. It also buffs tanks, giving them percent damage reduction, and an active that adds a little damage.

I feel the reason for no AD armor item, is that toplaners would rush it and win lane, in other words, it would be too strong for them, just my honest opinion. Either way, that isn't really relevant, I never said there shouldn't be an ad armor item, I just thought it would be neat if Odyn's Veil was on SR, that's all.

Anyways, my point is that riot doesn't seem to want to increase the size of the store and promote strategic diversity. If they haven't bothered to add something as essential as AD/Armor, they probably won't add an Mr/mana items.

Also, buying mana regeneration technically "gives you more mana" since you gain mana more frequently, essentially increasing your maximum for all of the mana you can regenerate in one fight. So Athene's can do that.
Xx420n0sc0p3sxX1 votesAthenes gives what, 25 mr? When I thought of this, I really wanted an item that really helped tanks out, and gave another mr option. It gives strong stats, and offers some mana for tanks who don't want an athenes, and gives you a little damage.
