E: movespeed decays over 1 second after fear expires, instead of vanishing instantly. W: gives less attackspeed, but refreshes your passive when you block a spell. R: if your target dies within 2 seconds of your arrival, all nearby enemies are feared for 1 second. (giving you movespeed for an escape) OR R: if your target dies before enemies regain full vision, your W cooldown is refreshed.

I think if you kill a target while Paranoia is active, you should be granted unit collision avoidance+ true stealth for 10seconds and 50% movespeed for 1second, or until you attack,
