Give Braum some love.

I've seen a lot of people saying they think is a weak support right now. I really don't think he is, but if it's the popular opinion, it must be right, amirite. Anyways, I think that it would be fine to give his W a little bit of that ratio back that got nerfed so hard after he came out, or perhaps just a tiny bump somewhere in his base stats or something, I don't know. I think he's an awesome champ and enjoy playing him, I feel he's one of the few actual defensive supports that can carry a bad solo queue game by playing your role very well.

PS: Everyone complaining about , it's really just good in the early game as a counter item, just like it was. It doesn't make you invulnerable or anything, and it's already pretty bottom-line on the stats it seems as it is. Nerfing it more will make it useless!
