Ekko and Zed nerfs on pbe are great

Unless something has changed, this is what I saw:

Ekko passive has a 6 second cd now

Zed Q damage higher if you hit more shurikens, ult ratio down, percentage damage increase up

Tankko should be useless after this nerf, and Zed is much less frustrating and cant r>auto>e you for a kill now.
