When Jinx gets excited

Would it be possible for the attack speed boost on Jinx's get excited passive to overstep the boundry on the attack speed limit, becasue getting a bajillion stacks of her passive should be rewarded. Seriously rito, jinx is crazy enough to get a doctor's note... can she be crazy enough to have her passive cross the cap?

jinx already snowballs hard enough through a teamfight off some random assists from the aoe damage on her rockets.

so no, that passive is not hard to trigger at all.
