What if when you fear somebody while ulting, it feared all champions in the radius of the ult. This would i believe add a pretty cool aspect as it would allow you to actually feel like a deciding factor in a teamfight rather than just having a cc that feels useless in teamfights

The radius is quite small and only the best of ults would be able to engage, which is one thing fiddles lacks, so not sure why this would break him that badly
