Lethality in the jungle?

On Kha'zix jungle, I'm curious as to know if it is better to go a full Lethality page (Lethality reds and marks+precision in cunning, 30 Lethality) or to go full AD or split it. A full lethality page is great for ganking obviously, but it overkills on Armor pen (18 armor pen level 1), because Blue and Red have 10 armor, Gromp, wolves and Krugs have 0 armor, and Raptors have 30; as a result you clear slower. So which is better IYO?
