Scrumm is a Master/Challenger tier Talon main. He said on stream it's such a big nerf that he won't be building Tiamat anymore if these changes go live. The -10 AD is enormous. According to Scrumm the cleave passive change doesn't come close to compensating. The build path is horrible as well considering how crucial Talons early game is already.

How so?
Talon would usually be floating around with Tiamat and longsword early, now he'll be floating with a Tiamat and pickaxe slightly later.

With + right now = 40AD With the change + = 45AD

I hope Tiamat ends up at 25 AD, since I'm sure most rational people would rather carry an extra item 1036 than sink the 350 into Tiamat.

well .. i think it is the intended change ... champions which should build "glasscannon" shouldn't go titanic .... and as assassine .. aoe shouldn't be the path you walk
