No but reduce isolation area by 30-40% so targets get isolated faster. That would help a lot. Basically you can tune Khazix by just tuning his isolation radius.

the only people who have higher then a 50% winrate on rengar are people who have played over 125 games. So i dont know what you mean by "kha zix is harder to master". The reason most people dont play kha zix is not because he is harder, but because he is not as fun play style wise.

I was abotu to say that's not true then I realized yea I have a close to 70% winrate on rengar but I've porbably played like 300 somehting games wiht him...so yeah. Both champs are balanced though. Seriously tho my rengar winrate should be 75% I have wayyy too many defeats where I finished wiht more than 25 kills and less tahn 15 deaths...

It was a bug that allowed him 100% cdr on E and W until he auto attacked. He could walking to a walk and just Bola the enemy over and over and over for a constant slow and damage. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJX-oK5npns

EDIT: I did make a slight mistake; It's 100% cdr until he gains max ferocity and uses the empowered charge again. My bad! Rengar

The affected champion(s) have been disabled, so we can't reproduce the bug or exploit it in any way anyway, so what's the harm?

Rengar's bug gave him 100% CDR on his E and W. He could just walk to lanes for infinate slows, snares, aoe damage, and heals. Pretty fuckin funny
