Passive: Deadly Venom

Stacks now deal 1/2/3/4/5/6 plus 12%-30% (per level) of the target's maximum health in true damage

W: Venom Cask

Can no longer slow; however, it will deal damage when landed and still apply stacks of poison

Damage: 60/80/100/120/140 physical damage (50% AD scaling)

R: Spray and Pray

Bonus AD decreased from 20/30/40 to 10/20/30

Range increased from 850 to 950

That's a huge ass buff. You're giving him %max health true damage, adding instant damage to his w and giving him even more range on one of the most problematic parts of his kit in exchange for a minor nerf to an ability that he would frankly be fine without and a slight decrease in AD from his ult. He would be beyond busted with those changes.
