Make grevious wounds affect shielding AND healing

my thoughts were that barrier shouldnt be usless, so instead i thought grevious wounds depends on champion level for the shielding, anyway, lets get to the point.

Lets be honost here, Janna and Lulu with their perma shield is just pure bs against assasins or other ADC's that may be behind.

maybe the shielding could also be affected a little less dramatically than heals. Just give it some thought Riot.

I know im going to be downvoted into oblivion, but atleast give it some thought and how many times you COULD have killed that adc if the shield was just a litttllee smaller
