why is there a level 6 in my ranked game??

So ive noticed the last couple days that there have been level 27-28's in my ranked games, which doesnt make sense because you need to be level 30. (Btw im ranked gold 5) and this last game im in I had a level 6 support. not a smurf level 6, a legit level 6. my veigar support had no idea how league of legends works, he has no game concepts and its truly unfair. I know its not his fault, but how are we suppose to win a game short 1 player, its possible but very hard to do. The entire enemy team were all silver so no level 6's to balance it out. But seriously why is a LEVEL 6 in my ranked game????

There isn't, you need to reload their op.gg profile (it was updated 5 months ago) or whatever you are looking at that is not the client. Preferably, just look in the client.

ah ok i see now, he was level 30, but this guy was clueless, he walked into all three of an enemy caitlyns traps all within about 7 seconds taking damage from every shot, then he would walk right into blitzcrank to auto attack... it was the worst, they should be playing the lower level ranks or unranked accounts, not gold/silver
