Dynamic queue problems

I just got out of a game where i had a person on my team in a ranked game who picked jungle and mid as his preferred roles, was assigned jungle, then decided he only wanted to play mid so he instalocked a mid, we had a duo mid and no jungle, and we lost(in the link its the tf, summoner name thelastman87). Obviously this person needs to be reported and i believe everyone in the game did so. however i believe there needs to be a report option for this type of behavior, personally i picked unsportsmanlike conduct, but i think that it would be better if there were an option specifically geared at people ignoring their assigned roles in the lobby, that would be able to check what role the person is assigned the verify that he/she was actually trolling from champ select and punish from there.
