[GAMEPLAY] warlords bloodlust glitch

Warlords bloodlust isnt activating on minions, jungle monsters, or large monsters. it only procs on champions, i tested with yasuo, have also noticed the bug on pantheon and miss fortune. just take any champion into a game, build max crit to make it easy to see, the mastery doesnt proc except when attacking champions
