Can we nerf Rakan already despite the fact that he just got released?

So, an aoe heal, an aoe knockup and a charm that can go on your whole team if he lands it all. Hmm, so you can't move, their adc is practically always safe because Rakan will just cc you away. I know that he just got released but he already seems like a really strong support. Now i know that people can ban them but if he slips through rather they go on your team or on the enemy team. Now i know i'm Silver and i'm just an average player ranting about a hard skill champ but Rakan seems so annoying on either team because they could be first timers or people who already are pro on them because of the PBE. Correct my if i'm wrong but it is an AOE heal right?

The heal requires a skill shot and then the AOE is centered on him and it's only about 1 Teemo .

The knockup and ult put him in the thick of the action, and he's on the squishy side.

AND, all his CDs are long...the shortest (Q-the heal) starts at 12s.

SO like Cannon says, he can be good, but you have to be good with him. He's like a supp with assassin moves.

An AOE heal that requires you to land a skillshot, and AOE knockup that can pretty easily be stopped by most supports(Any forced motion or CC that stops him from casting spells cancels it) his charm requires him to walk up to you and touch you. Yeah, he's powerful. He's like Riven though. If you can't land his skills or don't have experience with him, he's near useless.

Because 12 hours of him being released is enough time for people to learn him, how to play against him, and know who counters him! ಠ_ಠ

Seriously. It's only been 12 hours, calm down. It's not even like there is a united census that he is op. People have found him overpowered, underpowered, and decently balanced. And obviously they can't all be right.
