when the new chromas get released will they be available for ip aswell?
im asking cause moobeat said: as a reminder, only chroma released before August 2016 are on sale
so im not sure anymore

No, the IP chromas will only be those that were released before august 2016. They want to do this IP sale thing twice a year though, so you'll have another chance the beginning of next season.
