everytime i play any lane i find myself always getting ganked like every 2 min and i always put wards if i have them so i wanna know what should i do in this case, should i just farm under turret and maybe wait for my jungler? ive tried that but i get bored eventually and just wanna kill my laner but surprise there jungler's there so um what should i do?

As a proper Zed player you should show your mechanical superiority and try to 1v2 mfkers every tiem your R is up.
Not that it would win you the game, but you still should do it.
you don't have to push to kill the enemy laner. let the wave push to you, cs under tower, then kill him
also stop raging in all chat, if you get mad in all chat, the enemy jungler knows you're tilted and will camp you
You should probably focus on roams if you keep getting ganked in lane.
Zed can quickly push out the wave and roam top or bottom to gank with his ultimate.
Alternatively, time your aggression better and change your ward placement so you get earlier warning. If you see the jungler elsewhere on the map, then you are free to do whatever you wish. If you don't see them, it is often safe to assume they are nearby unless you have a reason to believe otherwise (i.e. a buff just spawned, they had to back, etc).
You should be happy that their jungler is camping you. Tell yours to start getting the other lanes fed and since you can almost always expect their jungler to be near you don't bother going in until you know you can kill the laner easy without sacrificing yourself.
Camping mid lane and letting their other lanes to constantly 3v2 and 2v1 is how they will lose the game if they can't take anything off the amount of focus they put into you
Attempt to stay safer and stall the minion wave near your tower and farm safely, or push out and immediately look for another lane to run off to and gank while the enemy has to deal with the minions being at their tower.
Essentially, dont stay in your own lane with the minion wave pushed up towards the enemy tower; it clearly isnt going to get you anything other than dead.
Study the enemy jungler, what gank paths are they using to get you? Ward up. Learn how to last hit under your turret. Hang on to your ass and hope that your jungler is at least getting another carry fed on your team.
Mids probably the worst lane to camp because it's really hard to get a kill on a good mid laner without diving them.
If you are getting ganked a lot put a vis ward on the right river bush and a trinket on the left one. There is no way the enemy jungler will not be seen unless they have a dash and try ganking from weird angles, which rarely happens (unless you're up against a good lee sin or zac). If you are against one of those junglers and you're getting camped, just freeze your lane and play passively.
You don't talk shit to your jungler like most other low elo players do
