Please view the following pic and please explain how Garen received a S- but myself (Mord) and Xin didnt? No one has even been able to explain this...

I have more CS, gold, kills, assists, and less deaths than he does.
I'm not sure, But I think I heard from someone that Champion Mastery was compared against other people who play said champion. So you don't have to be better than your teammates, you need to be better than other mord players.
Also, I suspect that Objectives and Wards place are going to count towards your grade. So K/D/A may not be everything.
Last thing, I literally have no idea how Victory/Defeat factors in to the champion grade. In Hexakill, I actually got an S+ on Karthus, on a game I didn't even win.
