Lux E inoperable
I would like a Loss Prevented for my game on 10/4/2015 at approximately 5:30pm. I was unable to use my E for majority of the match and possibly played a critical role of our team's defeat.

This happened to me as well at approximately 11:00pm EST. The icon for the E spell was dimmed out, had a mana cost of 0, and would give me an error of "You can't cast this right now" every time I tried to use it.
