Make more features in spectate PLEASE!

I am part of a clan that runs a tournament every week and has almost ten teams. We stream these tournaments and want to make sure each side is free of arguments and such. I think allowing custom spectates to be able to decrease delay of the spectate and see the team chat as well. I would really like something like this.
