Changes i would like to see sometime

I might be low elo, but i have some understanding of the way the game evolved from season 4 (when i started) i bealive that we need to have smite bonuses added back but dont make them extrmely impactful and make scuttle either worth less or spawn later since i shouldnt feel like i lose jungle because i get scuttle stolen and both are taken. And vertical jungler is to toxic in the game for my opinon because even when i lane i hate when junglers do that to me. Please let me know what you think we could do to the jungle to make it better just curiius what you all think.
